Without exception, the limit of 5 kilometers from home is extended to 25 kilometers.

Outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people can be held in two households (excluding children under 12 months old).
From 11:59 on November 1st: Except for traveling through the “restricted zone”, the distance from home or travel is not restricted.
Each family can receive up to two visitors per day (plus family members who must be taken care of or cannot be taken care of by others).
Real estate industry: Outdoor auctions allow 10 people, and commercial real estate development to visit and show houses.
Car wash and swimming pool service development.
Pet grooming reopened.
Allow professional outdoor shooting.
Outdoor decoration, including painting and repair, can be restored, and no more than 5 workers.
Other industries will have to wait until November 1 to announce the relaxation.
