Last week, Melbourne’s vacancy rate was 53.2%. A total of 140 properties were auctioned, 63 were successfully auctioned, 58 were sold, and the median auction price was $738,900.
The auction situation in other parts of Victoria: A total of 123 properties participated in the auction, 41 were successfully auctioned, 30 were sold, and one set was sold before the auction. The clearance rate was 76%.
