Previously, one of the properties on the land (383 Spencer Street) was acquired for $7 million, the second property was located at 102-108 Jeffcott Street, and the two-storey vacant warehouse was sold to a Melbourne private company for $9.5 million Developer. The third, seven-story Sands and McDougall plant at 355 Spencer Street, was sold to Avari Capital Partners for $38.5 million.
