An Australian developer and builder spent $25.3 million on a 20.8-hectare site in Ravenhall, west of Melbourne. The site is located at 31 Fuller Road. For this transaction, the developer and builder plan to develop a large industrial project worth more than A$100 million.
The site has been under overall strategic planning with the Melton City Council and will provide the market with industrial land ranging from 993 square meters to 1185 square meters. These plots are expected to attract broad interest from different types of customers and provide an ideal location for new warehouses, logistics and production facilities. In addition, this project will create more than 1,000 new jobs for the local area.
