The Centre Alliance confirmed that it would support the coalition party’s 158 billion income tax relief full plan.
The Centre Alliance said in a statement that the party and the government reached an agreement on natural gas supply reform, including changes to the domestic security system.
Prior to this news, Tasman Senator Jacqui Lambie also confirmed to Sky News that he would support the government’s overall plan for income tax relief. The Alliance Party received enough votes in the House of Lords to pass the bill.
Senator Lambie said that if the federal government exempts Tasmanian public housing debt, it will support the plan.
The coalition party said before that it would not reach an agreement with anyone to pass the income tax relief plan. Centre Alliance Senator Rex Patrick, Senator Jacqui Lambie (middle) and Central Alliance Senator Stirling Griff support the government’s income tax plan. (AAP)
