A week ago, Riverson updated the application fee details from 2019 to 2020.
The details are as follows: Pre-purchase land with a value of less than 1 million Australian dollars, the application fee is 5700 Australian dollars, the value of the land is between 1 million and 2 million Australian dollars, the application fee is 23,100 Australian dollars. The land application fee of $3 million to $4 million is $34,600. For applications valued at $4 million to $5 million, the application fee is $46,200. If the value of the purchased land is $5 to $6 million, the application fee is $5,700. The purchase price is between A$6 million and A$7 million and the application fee is A$69,300. For applications worth $7 million to $8 million, the application fee is $80,900. For $8 million to $9 million, the application fee is $92,600. To apply for $900 to $10 million in land, the cost is $104,100.

If the purchase price is above A$10 million, the applicant needs to contact the Australian Taxation Office to estimate the cost of the land (the fee must be calculated in millions of tiers)

For the application for exemption certificates for real estate, there are two cases. If you apply for a certificate of exemption for existing or non-existing residential land, the fee is the same as the application fee when purchasing residential land; if you sell a new house (or near new house) to overseas people An exemption certificate is applied for a fee of A$26,600+, which requires adjustment based on the number of properties purchased by overseas people and the consideration payable
