The property is located at 71-73 Palmerston Crescent. The Palmerston Crescent building includes 40 underground parking lots and an area above the ground totaling 4,528 square meters.
The building is close to Albert Park Lake, Royal Botanic Garden and busy St Kilda Rd, as well as the construction of the new Melbourne metro station, Anzac Station.
